The Firehouse Theatre is proud to announce we are once again partnering with the Virginia War Memorial Foundation on War in Pieces, four one-act plays written by Virginia veterans.

Hell-bent on breaking free of his own self-perception, Usher, a young, gay, Black writer, writes a musical about a young, gay, Black writer who’s writing a musical about a young, gay, Black writer... a strange loop. Winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the Tony Award for Best Musical, this heartfelt and blisteringly funny masterwork bursts onto the Richmond Triangle Stage, produced in partnership with Firehouse Theatre.
