Location and Parking

Firehouse Theatre is located at 1609 W. Broad Street near the corner of Lombardy & West Broad in the Fan neighborhood of Richmond.

There are plenty of convenient parking options near the Firehouse Theatre. FREE street parking is available on either side of Broad Street between Lombardy and Allen, and along Lombardy between Grace and Broad. Several of our generous neighbors allow us to park with them as well!

    (*Parking available on weekdays after 5:30pm and on weekends*)
    A few doors down from us at 1635 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23220. Parking is available on three sides of the building.

    (*This option is a 4 block walk to Firehouse and costs $5 per day.)

  • VCU Parking West Broad Street Deck 
    (*This option is a 10 minute walk to Firehouse and costs $3 per hour. Subject to availability. On VCU special event/basketball game days, cost is $12 per day.)

There are four parking spaces available directly in front of the theatre that we prioritize for patrons with accessibility needs. (Please write to info@firehousetheatre.org to reserve). If we do not have accessibility reservations, those spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.

*Park in the Lowe’s lot at your own risk. They frequently tow non-Lowe’s customers.*

 

Accessibility

Firehouse Theatre will provide accommodations for individuals with disabilities and follows all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines. Firehouse offers accessible entrance/exit, seating in the theatre, ADA compliant restrooms, and reserved handicapped parking upon request.
